RangUni Takes Tiki Snacks to the Next Level at Chicago's Lost Lake

Crab Rangoon, an American-Chinese staple around since the ‘50s, was purportedly invented at tiki bar Trader Vic’s circa 1956. That origin story inspired Chef Fred Noinaj of Chicago’s Lost Lake to create ranguni, a rich, buttery uni version of the fried snack.
