How 111-Year-Old Joe’s Stone Crab Brings in Record-Breaking Revenue

Joseph and Jennie Weiss served fish sandwiches and plates of pompano at their eight-table Joe’s Restaurant for eight years, from 1913 to 1921, before a stone crab ever showed up in their kitchen or on their menu.
