“Oysters are my pick. I love them all year long, especially on the half shell in the cold months. I generally eat my summer oysters grilled with some sort of delicious compound butter. My favorites include Hama Hama, Baywater Sweets, and if I’m on the East Coast, I love a super briny Aunt Dotty’s from Island Creek Oysters.”
