Why Mental Health Is Vital to the Future of the Industry

Thanks to the Headspace app, I’ve been a regular meditator for eight years. It took a while to learn, but I was determined after I continued to read about the science-based benefits of meditation, which include everything from increasing self-awareness to focusing on the present and managing stress. I shoot for five to 10 minutes each morning (and can definitely feel a difference on the days I don’t).
