When the steak tartare pizza and smoked Yellowstone crumpets are brought to the table, there’s a phrase guests of Snake River Grill won’t ever hear. “We don’t say enjoy,” says Emily Overton, general manager of the 31-year-old Jackson, Wy. restaurant. It’s an all-too-common instruction tossed around in restaurants, and August Spier, one of Snake River Grill’s co-founders, wasn’t having it.
